This page reflects the invoices made for clients (or end clients). It contains breakdowns of the total amount going into details such as the breakdown variance, breakdown report, line item variance and etc. The invoice can be downloaded from this section and sent to the client. This section will explain everything you need to know about invoices and how to manage them including how to view invoices, view breakdown reports, and filter invoices.

1. What Is Invoice Section?
This section enables users to locate invoices made for clients, or an end client. The user can use filtering system to locate specific invoice, view breakdown, and download PDF version of the invoice to be sent to the client.
2. Access Invoices
- Go to the sidebar and select
Onboardings - Click
Invoices - The invoices table will show up

3. Quick Access

3.1. View Invoice
- Click
Viewin the Quick Access column of the selected invoice - The selected invoice will appear
- To download a PDF file of the invoice, click
Download PDF - To view details (line items and breakdown report) of the invoice, click
View Details - To manage invoice run of the invoice, click
Manage Invoice Run


3.2. View Details
- Click
...in the Quick Access column of the selected invoice - Select
View Details - The details of the selected invoice will appear


a. Line items
View amount of each pay item (e.g: Monthly Service Fee), including the total amount

b. Breakdown report
View the pay amount of individual workers, non-worker fees, and total fees. This can be exported to an Excel file by clicking on Export to Excel

4. Filter Invoices
You can choose desirable criteria to filter lists of invoices that you want to display in the table.
- Click
Filters - Select criteria that you want to filter (e.g. Invoice Period)
- Set your criteria (e.g. Jan 2023)
- The filtered values regarding your criteria will show up in the table

The filter can be set and edited from the bar above the table as well.
