[STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS]

"Now, let's walk through the step-by-step process for completing the EA Intake Form."

[Page 1: Basic Information]

"On the first page, enter the basic information for the client and worker. If the worker is being hired under a different entity, please fill in the 'Legal Entity Name.' Once complete, click 'Continue.'"

[Page 2: Autosave Feature]

"The second page introduces the autosave feature. You can bookmark the link or copy and paste it somewhere to resume your progress later. Click 'Continue.'"

[Page 3: Optional Services]

"On the third page, you can select any optional services and provide the individual details for each selected service. After completing this section, click 'Continue.'"

[Page 4: Worker Details]

"The fourth page requires worker’s details, for example, their personal email address & residential address, which is crucial for remote workers. After entering the worker details, click 'Continue.'"

[Page 5: Employment Eligibility]

"On the fifth page, it is essential to confirm that the worker is physically present in the country where he is employed.

If the worker is an expatriate, select 'Citizenship' and determine if a visa or work permit is required. Please note not all the countries allow to hire expats.

GoGlobal can offer visa advice for a fee, but it is subjected to the local laws and regulations.

If the worker already has the right to work in the country, upload a copy of their visa.

For transfers, provide the original employee's start date and name. However, Transferring worker is not applicable in all countries and depends on local regulations.

If desired, you can transfer your benefits from your employer to GoGlobal. Once completed, click 'Continue.'"

[Page 6: Worker Assignment Details]

"The sixth page covers worker assignment details.

Please note that an urgency fee will be charged if the start date is within two weeks of the submission date. However, this is also subject to local laws and regulations.

A one-year fixed-term contract is recommended, although certain countries, like Cambodia and Taiwan, may not permit this.

[Page 8: Allowances and Reimbursements]

"The eighth page requests additional allowance, expense reimbursement, and other relevant details. After completing this section, click 'Continue.'"

[Page 9: Supporting Documents]

"On the ninth page, upload any necessary supporting documents. Once finished, click 'Continue.'"

[Confirmation Page]

"Finally, review the confirmation page and verify that all details are accurate. If any changes are needed, click 'Edit Inputs.' To submit the form, click 'Submit.' The completed Employment Agreement will be provided to the client within 48 hours. Please note that once the information is submitted, it cannot be reviewed by the client."
