Onboarding tasks are the set of activities and processes that new employees undertake on the job. The specific onboarding tasks may vary depending on the organization, the role, and the level of experience of the new employee. This section will explain everything you need to know about onboarding tasks including how to create, edit, and delete onboarding tasks.

1. Access Onboarding Tasks
- Go to the sidebar and select
Onboardings - Click
Onboarding Tasks - The onboarding tasks will show up
2. Create New Onboarding Tasks
- Click
+ New Onboarding Task - Enter “Name” (e.g. Orientation Session)
- Enter “Description” (e.g. Learn about the company culture, and policies)
- Enter “Value” and set a color
- It is possible to add more than one value
- Click
+ Add Positionto add a new value - Click
Xto delete an unwanted value - The color can be selected by hex code or color panel
- Click
Save - The new onboarding task will appear in the table
3. Edit Onboarding Tasks
- Click anywhere on the row of the user that you want to edit (e.g. Orientation Session)
- Edit the information as you want (e.g. Delete “Policy”)
- Click
Save - The edited onboarding task will show up in the table
4. Filter Onboarding Tasks
You can choose desirable criteria to filter lists of onboarding tasks that you want to display in the table.
- Click
Filters - Select criteria that you want to filter (e.g. Name)
- Set your criteria (e.g. Task)
- The filtered regarding your criteria will show up in the table
The filter can be set and edited from the bar above the table as well.
5. Sort Onboarding Tasks
The table can be sorted alphabetically and numerically in descending and ascending order.
- If data in the selected column is alphabetic data, it will be sorted alphabetically
- If data in the selected column is numerical data, it will be sorted numerically
- If data in the selected column is in date format, it will be sorted from newest or oldest
The table can be sorted by one column at a time.
- To sort based on that column, click on the head of a column until you get the desired sort

6. Delete Onboarding Tasks
- Click anywhere on the row of the user that you want to delete (e.g. Orientation Session)
- Click
Delete - Click
Yes, I confirm - The deleted onboarding task will disappear from the table
