Workers page displays a list of employees of the client, which you can sort and filter based on your requirements. It is possible to track the status of workers whether they are active or inactive. This section will explain everything you need to know about the workers including what workers are, and how to filter, sort and check worker’s payroll instruction

1. What Are Workers?
Workers indicate the list of employees of the client. External user can access the list of workers in their company. Each active worker can be set payroll instructions.
2. Access Workers
- Go to the sidebar and select
People - Click
Workers - The workers table will show up

3. Filter Workers
You can choose desirable criteria to filter lists of employees that you want to display in the table.
- Click
Filters - Select criteria that you want to filter (e.g. Employment Country)
- Set your criteria (e.g. Canada)
- The filtered values regarding your criteria will show up in the table

The filter can be set and edited from the bar above the table as well.
4. Sort Workers
The table can be sorted alphabetically and numerically in descending and ascending order.
- If data in the selected column is alphabetic data, it will be sorted alphabetically
- If data in the selected column is numerical data, it will be sorted numerically
- If data in the selected column is in date format, it will be sorted from newest or oldest
The table can be sorted by one column at a time.
- To sort based on that column, click on the head of a column until you get the desired sort

5. Check Worker’s Payroll Instruction
- Click anywhere on the row of workers that you want to change status (e.g. Elliot Valentine)
- The payroll instruction of the selected worker is displayed at the lowest window
- Clicked
Payroll Instructionsto display payroll instructions of the selected worker - (Optional) You can filter worker’s payroll instructions based on your requirements
