Overview: GoGlobal is almost like a cousin to Tofu and share the same owner. As such they are a client that provides us a lot of opportunity when it comes to testing and creating new features. The main POC, Vivian, initially played a prominent part in the visualization of what the Tofu platform can and should provide. Thus she has a strong understanding of the platform, and is a great partner when it comes to receiving feedback. Vivian has a very strong operational understanding and is willing to use technical improvements to change behaviors. She is not afraid of being a central point of person and centralizing communication between Tofu and other GoGlobal teams. Additionally, GoGlobal and Tofu have a previous agreement, where Tofu has commitments to completing a set list of product developments within 2024. Anything beyond this list, will result in additional costs. Saman and Tal are mainly handling the prioritization as well as costs.

Current Status: We have a weekly checking with Vivian to review the status of open projects, planning and getting current feedbacks from their global team. Below is the list of the items that Tofu has committed to completing under the end of 2024:

6. block clearing an existing start date

Next Steps: Completing the list of the items above. Need to understand what the other requests are and agree on framework as well as cost. We have also shared all product release notes, as this is a recurring request from Vivian, to have access and better understanding of product statuses.
