Quote settings

Using a quotation template that includes a footnote, FAQ, or sales pitch can be a useful way to provide additional information and context to potential customers, and can help to streamline the quotation process for businesses. This section will explain everything you need to know about quote settings including how to manage the footnotes of each country, FAQs, and sales pitch.

1. Access Quote Settings

  1. Go to the sidebar and select Quotations
  2. Click Quote Settings
  3. The quote settings will show up

There are 3 tabs on the onboarding form templates page:

  • Country Footnotes Tab
  • FAQ Tab
  • Sales Pitch Tab

2. Country Footnotes Tab

2.1. What Are Country Footnotes?

When creating quotations, country footnotes will appear at the bottom of the fee overview.

Example *Employer Contributions include membership, setup and estimated pricing of medical checks. Pre-hire and periodic checks are mandatory.

2.2. Add Country Footnotes

  1. Click anywhere on the row of the country that you want to add a footnote (e.g. Australia)
  2. Select language (e.g. English)
  3. Click Add Footnote
  4. Enter footnote
  5. Once finished, click Finish Editing
  6. There can be more than one footnote
    • To add another footnote, click Add Footnote

    • To edit the footnote, click the edit icon

    • To delete the footnote, click x
    • image
  7. Click Save
  8. The new country footnote will show up in the table

2.3. Edit and Delete Country Footnotes

  1. Click anywhere on the row of the country that you want to add a footnote (e.g. Australia)
  2. Edit the information as you want
  3. To delete all footnotes, click x on all footnotes in the selected country
  4. The selected country footnote will change accordingly

Note Even though all footnotes of a country are deleted, that country will still show up in the Country Footnotes Tab.

3. FAQ Tab

3.1. What Is FAQ?

FAQ is a list of common questions and answers related to a specific topic that is provided to users or customers as a reference. It will show up at the bottom of the quotation.

3.2. Add, Edit, and Remove FAQ

  1. Select language
  2. To add a new section of FAQ, click Add FAQ
  3. 2.1. Enter “Title”

    2.2. Enter “Content”

    2.3. Click Finish Editing

  4. To edit a section of FAQ, click the edit icon of that section
  5. 3.1. Edit the information as you want

    3.2. Click Finish Editing

    3.3. The edited section of FAQ will change accordingly

  6. To remove a section of FAQ, click x on that section

  8. Once finish everything, click Save FAQ
  9. The FAQ will show up accordingly

4. Sales Pitch Tab

4.1. What Is Sales Pitch?

A sales pitch is a persuasive message or presentation that is designed to convince potential customers to buy a product or service. It typically includes information about the product or service, its features and benefits, and why it is better than other options on the market.

4.2. Add, Edit, and Remove Sales Pitch

  1. Select language
  2. To display as Testimonials, check on the “Display as Testimonials” box
    • Testimonials are displayed with stylized quotation marks
  3. To add a new section of the sales pitch, click Add Sales Pitch
  4. 3.1. Upload image

    3.2. Enter “Title”

    3.3. Enter “Content”

    3.4. Click Finish Editing

  5. To edit a section of the sales pitch, click the edit icon of that section
  6. 4.1. Edit the information as you want

    4.2. Click Finish Editing

    4.3. The edited section of the sales pitch will change accordingly

  7. To remove a section of the sales pitch, click x on that section

  9. Once finish everything, click Save Sales Pitch
  10. The sales pitch will show up accordingly
