Quotations display a list of quotes from the external user's company. You can sort and filter them based on your requirements. This section explains everything you need to know about quotations, including the meaning of their status and how to filter, sort, and send them.

1. Access Quotations
- Go to the sidebar and select
Quotations - Click
Quotations - The quotations will show up
2. Status of Quotations
External users can track the status of the quotations on this page. The meanings of the status are explained below.
- Archived: to be added
- Open: to be added
3. View Quotations
External user can view the latest quotation by the following steps
- Click
Viewon the row of the quotation that you want to view (e.g. Test Quotation) - Click
View the latest quotation - The latest version of the selected quotation will show up
4. Share Quotations
- Click
Viewon the row of the quotation that you want to share (e.g. Test Quotation) - To obtain a link that can be used to share the quotation, click
Copy Link - The link of the quotation will be copied to the clipboard
- To share the quotation via email, click
Send this quotation by email - The email format will be copied to the clipboard
5. Filter Quotations
You can choose desirable criteria to filter lists of quotations that you want to display in the table.
- Click
Filters - Select criteria that you want to filter (e.g. Country)
- Set your criteria (e.g. Japan)
- The filtered values regarding your criteria will show up in the table
The filter can be set and edited from the bar above the table as well.
6. Sort Quotations
The table can be sorted alphabetically and numerically in descending and ascending order.
- If data in the selected column is alphabetic data, it will be sorted alphabetically
- If data in the selected column is numerical data, it will be sorted numerically
- If data in the selected column is in date format, it will be sorted from newest or oldest
The table can be sorted by one column at a time.
- To sort based on that column, click on the head of a column until you get the desired sort
